By using Kýklos, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Kýklos provides tools for creating and exporting QR codes in the browser. The service is provided free of charge and without an account requirement.

You are responsible for the content encoded in QR codes you create and for how those QR codes are distributed or used.

• Do not encode unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content
• Verify destination URLs before publishing or printing a QR code
• Test exported QR codes with appropriate scanning devices

A QR image generated by Kýklos does not expire. However, Kýklos cannot guarantee that a linked destination, third-party website, hosting provider, or printed material will remain available.

The Kýklos source code is available under the MIT License. Use, modification, and distribution of the source code are governed by that license.

Kýklos is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every scanner, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers of Kýklos are not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of generated QR codes, unavailable destinations, incorrect content, or reliance on the service.

These terms may be revised as the project evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
